School in Oz Consulting is led by Ethel Pablo, who is an Australia-based Qualified Education Agent Counsellor (QEAC 333911). She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology qualification (AQF Level 7) obtained from University of the Philippines and is a Philippine-registered Psychometrician.
